so the most recent news is that we’re waiting for a negotiator to be assigned to the file – which should take 30 days after august 31st (when our offer was submitted to the bank) – so we’re about half way though.  THEN it takes 60-90 days AFTER that to hear back from the bank.  so good news is we know it’s 60-90 days after we get a negotiator, bad news is, it just increased to a total of 90-120 days instead of 60-90   the seller’s agent said that she’s done 7 successful short sales – they take awhile, but they DO happen!

 

so there’s hope!  it might be more like march before we hear anything, but at least we’re moving forward! 

 

keep your fingers and toes crossed!  OH!  and save the date for the 4th of july 2010 at our place!  HA!
