so bikini girl (katrina) had a TERRIBLE voice – always has. and I thought simon’s mantra was always “this is a SINGING competition!” but for some reason he doesn’t hide the fact that she was only getting through on her looks. i was totally on kara’s side with her and i’m SO glad she finally went home! her lame excuse for not practicing with her group was some mumbo jumbo about “i was wearing heels for 15 hours yesterday and i have scoliosis” and a bunch of other bs! girl… i hate you because now you’ve just shown america that for season 9 try-outs, all you have to do is show up in a bikini and make out with ryan and at least simon will put you through to hollywood. i THOUGHT this was a SINGING competition!! so now that she’s gone, i’ll try to forget about it.
then there’s tatiana who they put through. HER? seriously?? are you out of your mind?? i swear if she makes it into the top 20 i am NOT watching this season. they sent home some REALLY good people and kept her.
i’m annoyed.

ditto! amanda and i both said if katrina made it past hollywood we were out too. and that laugh gives me nightmares.
